FAQs

This is a question we often receive. If you are considering whether or not your child is ready for preschool, your child should be:

  • Toilet trained, able to care for themselves in the bathroom, without the aid of a diaper or pull up.
  • Able to communicate their needs to others and can respond/interact with adults other than parents.
  • Physically, mentally, & emotionally capable of benefiting from the preschool experience
  • Shows interest in stories, singing & co-operative play.
  • Able to follow two step instructions.
  • Child must be 3 or 4 by October 1, of the current school year.  No exceptions.
  • Minimal separation, anxiety & emotionally ready to be apart from parents for 2.5 hours.
